How should I book an appointment?
The easiest way to schedule your massage, facial, or body treatment is through our online booking system. You can also call or text us at (825) 425-4210. Alternatively you can email us at hello@manaspa.ca. We look forward to welcoming you to Mana Spa & Wellness!

Do you offer direct billing?
We currently do not offer direct billing yet, however we are working on making this available as soon as possible! You will be issued an RMT receipt for massage treatments, which you can then submit to your benefits provider afterwards.

Which treatments can I claim?
All massage treatments at Mana Spa & Wellness are performed by registered massage therapists, making them eligible for claims through most extended health providers. Our acupuncturist is also fully registered and eligible for claims under most extended health benefits. It is recommended to verify coverage directly with your provider before booking. Generally, facials and body treatments are not claimable under typical health plans.

I can no longer make my appointment?
We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment. Please provide us with as much notice as possible so we can accommodate other clients and reschedule your visit.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment ensures that your session begins promptly, allowing you to fully benefit from the reserved time. This also provides an opportunity to complete any necessary paperwork that may not have been submitted online.

Do you offer couple's massage?
Yes, we do! We offer both couple’s massages and couple’s body treatments. The massage tables are positioned side by side.

Do you offer gift certificates
Yes! Gift Certificates are available at our front desk.
